What's happening to this girls feathers ?

I found this thread which has some pics of chickens with feather problems. Do any of these look like your chicken?

How's your hen doing? I'm hoping somebody more knowledgeable will hop on this thread and give you some advice, I haven't dealt with anything like this with my peeps yet.

Still the same... but maybe I'm seeing the same early signs on some of the others. And watching a while yesterday, noticed the one that has no muzzy feathers was poking at the others, right at the base of their tails. So looking up feather picking I do see pictures that resemble exactly what she looks like.
Still don't know what to do about it though.... Thanks for all of your replies and concern. Hopefully I can get a plan and get this problem solved.
