What's the difference between Ameraucana and EE's?

I am reading the different threads and trying to figure it out so far I can't.

My local hatchery only has Ameraucana or Americana's, said to lay blue/green eggs.

I am trying to learn more about them before I go in asking for 2 tomorrow (possibly)

I am hoping they will be kind and helpful when I ask for 2 chicks that are going to possibly be creamy and silver/blue/grey.
