SIGH. ALL THE SNOW HAD MELTED and now I get this today

Terribly cold last two days. Mostly the wind chill to blame. Zeros or below, with a windchill warning of -25/-30. No chickens or pets out for long!
And it looks like we might get one last storm, 3-8inches of snow between Tuesday and Wednesday. But we'll see....

30 degrees F at 3:25 am Monday - we're supposed to have snow on and off thru tonight - possibly into Tues. Then a new blast of snow later on Tuesday. I thought keeping the shovel out would keep it away. That's not working anymore

Sort of like holding on to maternity clothes and cribs only seems to work for so long. And then Mother Nature gives you a good old smack upside the head.
