I'm in No. Central West Virginia...it was -11 (that's not a typo, yes MINUS 11 Degrees) this morning! I hope I don't find chicken-pops when I go to feed and water this morning!

Yesterday, the radio said Alaska was averaging 40 degrees, it was -5 here at the time! I don't like the heat, but this is CRAZY COLD!

How frozen are you guys???

It snowed yesterday and this morning! I'm so tired of winter. We just received an order of 11 chicks (5 black Sex-link Chicks and 5 Plymouth Barred Rock chicks) I use a heat lamp during the day and brooder plates during the night) we're off grid so keeping them warm this spring has been a challenge. We're in Northern north part of Nevada in the mountains.
