What's up with my chick's feathers?

Hello. I have a 3 week old Bantam Cochin chick whose feathers seem to be growing weirdly. Some of the first layer wing feathers stick up, rather than lie flat to the wing, making her/him look like she's woken up with a serious bed head but on her wings. Any thought as to what's up with this?

Thanks. Anything special I should do or just continue to snicker at her disheveled appearance? I try not to do this when she is listening, but sometimes she is sassy and needs a little grounding.

They're just normal birds. Just don't breed her to a frizzle male
