What's wrong with het

Okay so this girl (maybe too) is about 8-10 weeks old. She is not being picked on and is growing well. So what could be wrong?

I say "she" because they're all supposed to be girls. Why aren't her feathers growing?

It's sort of hard to tell from the picture, but as the first reply said (fuzzy wuzzies), she looks like she's just getting her feathers in. They can look a bit odd during this time period. If she's looking healthy and active and not being picked on, I wouldn't worry. Some chickens just get more of that downy fluff in patches before the feathers grow in, that is probably all it is?
