Whats wrong with this picture?

What kinda artist drew THAT?! How can someone draw an animal and miss the ears??? How did the company not notice this? Aside from that, the only thing Longhorny about him is his horns, and even those aren't classicly shaped. Coloring and conformation are way off...

I just had to update!! LOL!! I emailed them and asked them to please put ears on their Longhorn and check the picture of a real one. They responded with they would check on it and then in the mail yesterday I got $50 worth of coupons for their product! I don't smoke or chew,, but I guess if you email they send stuff,, you have to sign up on the website to be able to contact them so that is where they got my address.

Ok, I just asked my 6 year old dd. What is wrong with this picture? She said immediatly, he doesn't have any ears.
So if a kid can notice that what was the artist thinking?
