What's wrong with Neil Diamond? He has a raw spot and feathers are funky.

He may have gotten pecked or pecked himself. The rooster or other chickens may be the culprit. Pine tar ointment or Nustock Cream (both in horse products) from the feed store might be a good thing to rub on the bare spot.
