One of my 5 hens started wheezing last night when we had to chase her down to put her in for the night. She is sneezing which makes me think she might be sick but no lethargy, and she is still eating and acting normally.
If it is a respiratory issue what meds and should I treat the whole flock?

Sounds like stridor, which is caused by a partial blockage of the airway. Often it's just a bit of food or something that gets hung up, and may resolve on it's own, the sneezing or coughing could be her trying to clear it. You can open her beak and look in the throat to see if you see anything obvious. If there are no other symptoms of any kind, that may be all it is. If it persists then other causes would need to be considered. Watch for discharge from nares, beak or eyes, facial swelling, bubbles in the eyes, any lesions in the mouth or throat etc. those would be signs of a respiratory infection.
