when to start pullet growth food?

what age? can you start from 6 weeks after feeding chick crumbles? My chicks are in a coop but free range twice daily and get kitchen scraps.

You can continue with starter.
You can feed grower.
You can feed a general purpose flock raiser.
You can feed them anything, just don't feed them layer.
They aren't laying yet.
