When will states ban cages altogether?!?!

I feel there will be 2 results stemming from cage bans:

1) Chickens will live a more natural and healthy lifestyle.

2) It will open up room for other businesses to enter into the market because the huge suppliers will not keep up at the same pace.

What do you people feel will happen? If it happens......

IMO, if you want to pay higher prices for free-range birds, feel free to do so. Let the caged bird producers at peace so long as the birds are healthy and clean, so that people who cannot afford $10 per bird can eat as well.
