I have a hen that I discovered had little white junk in the corner of her eye on Thursday. I separated her and started her on vitamins and vet RX. But now it's Sunday and it is getting worse. Does anyone know what this is and what kind of treatment I can give her? Someone said it was Coryza but then another said it was Eye worm (not on this forum, but a different one). TIA

How does she smell? Coryza has a bad odor, and causes thick nasal drainage with coughing and wheezing. She has eye bubbles which can be a sign of mycoplasma or MG. The white material may be pus, and is the brown spec in the white stuff dried material like a crust? I would get some saline or Vetericyn Eye Wash and clean the eye out with QTips, removing the pus. She could have an eye infection from an injury or dirt, but watch her for signs of a respiratory disease.
