White Leghorn.

Hi there, I just got a new hen and mixed her in with my current flock, and has been in there since Saturday evening and she has yet to lay an egg. Today and yesterday she has sat in the nest box but has not laid an egg (she's my only white egg layer). Is this normal? When do you think she'll start laying again?

Is she using the nest as a hiding place?
Adding one bird can be fraught with bullying.

my one old leghorn would do that when she got mad at the younger ones ad she would beat up on them because before i got the young ones she was at the bottom of the todom pole and she was getting mad and beating up on them
