White Plymouth Rock (hatchery bird) 8 weeks old - pullet or cockerel?

I'm thinking by "her" comb and wattles that "she" is a "he"?!? Also, "she" chases the other girls around, head down and neck feathers flared up and out. I've also seen her pecking at the others and chest bumping. Hatch date 4/17, so "she's" about 8 weeks old. Came with a "pullet guarantee", but I want to be sure before I return to sender.

Fred that red stuff on the feathers appears to be poop (or mud)

At least to my eyes.

I. Have 2 baby yellow chixs they are all yellow with a tiny bit of Black on there wings they have furry feet .We got them at the grain store & was told they were egg layers .Thats all the info they had for us .Does anyone know what breed they are ? Plzzzz .ty
