White rock chicks

My daughters white rocks are home. 6 chicks for her 4h project. They were cold in this shot. I have a heat lamp on them now and they are settling in.we have them in the basement to start. Should I plan 3 weeks until moving them to the barn?

Depends on the temperatures in your area. At three weeks I would give them access to a heat lamp. regardless of where you live.
