This is the game bird layer I can get where I am: https://www.petbarn.com.au/peckish-...yKrLmhpcYXis_HbKn_waAv5XEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
It's only 18% protein feed, but that's the best I can get locally..

That sounds fine for laying adults. The chicks need the 28-30% protein, but the adults don't need as much. This is the game bird layer I can get where I am: https://www.petbarn.com.au/peckish-...yKrLmhpcYXis_HbKn_waAv5XEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Only one of each, someone else mentioned that might be causing problems so I'm putting in some extra today! How many drinkers and feeders do you have?
Definitely not severe enough to be scalping but could be them establishing dominance, I've seen my girls peck each other like this. They have never caused real damage.
