I have had great luck making hard boiled eggs in my Instant Pot. I do use my oldest eggs; they sit on the counter. I'm guessing a week old...?

Method:

Put the trivet in the Instant Pot. (I bought a silicone egg holder because I make a lot of hard boiled eggs, and that goes on the trivet.) Put in the eggs, add 1 cup of water. Close the lid, seal it, high pressure for 5 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then release the rest of the pressure. Put the eggs into cold/ice water.

My first thought was Pabst Blue Ribbon...but probably Plymouth Barred Rock.

@Clementine2022 Would be good to know how they were boiled and how old the eggs were.
They were laid 2/1 I bring them to a full rolling boil and then remove from the heat and let them stand for 12-15 minutes. Then they go into ice bath and I peel. They PRB eggs are always like that. I first thought there was more yolk than white They have great taste. I wanted to pickle these, but I'm doing egg salad instead.
