Will a 1 year old Ameraucana roo squish my 6 month old Silkie hen?

So for the past month I've been wanting to put my six month old birds with my now one year old flock.

The problem is I have one silkie that is much smaller compared to the rest of the flock. Since her flock is combined with five other birds I'm assuming she won't get picked on and that they will just stay together.

My main issue is that I have a one year old Ameraucana roo that is triple her size. I don't want him to squish her while mounting her

Should she still be okay?

She should be fine. Just make sure you have plenty of coop/run space and cover so she can avoid the bigger birds if she does get targeted.
