I certainly think he is! He's the sweetest roo I've ever met too. Never treads his ladies unless they give him permission( If they don't squat when he dances he gives up). Just a few min ago I found him standing over one of the feed bowls picking up mouthfuls and feeding them to his ladies. He is nothing like what I've heard about hatchery RIR. He doesn't enjoy being touched or handled because he didn't have much human interaction as a chick(not raised by me) but when I do pick him up for whatever reason he doesn't get mad and calms down very quickly. He's the best roo I could have hoped for
