Winter eggs- Supplemental Light

My new girls just came into lay about 3 weeks ago. I would like to add supplemental lighting for at least the first winter. I am searching for a solar or battery powered light source that can be programmed but can’t find anything that is fully programmable. Does anyone have suggestions on what they use?

They should lay through their first winter anyway, even without supplement light.

You won't need added light this year.

Yeah, first year layers shouldn't need extra light.

Next year tho, you might want to use it.
Solar is dicey unless you have adequate panels and a good battery bank in the system.

No power in your coop?
That's the best way to go as it's essential that supplemental lighting be consistent.
