Yeah, but there is still a limit. A lot of the songs I have now that I listen to, I'd be kinda annoyed if someone told my kid Shabadoo's age to listen to, especially if I didn't know the person recommending them.

I agree. We listened to the same music as our kids until they started developing their own tastes. I still listened to what my kids did because I kept an eye on them. I liked some of it, some I didn’t for sure and I would tell them why and we’d talk about it. I never said they couldn’t make their own choices though.
