There is a chemistry to herbal medicine just like modern medicine. What works for some may not work for others you can't mix some herbs with some rx meds because of side effects. You should NEVER take anything without reading and researching side effects or drug interactions. That's literally all I do. I am a book geek and a plant nerd lol
