I am a fan of all the books, and love to discuss the irregularities from the books to the movie, as well as what happened afterwards. Such as in the book there is no such thing as ruby slippers. They are silver.

I love The Wizard of Oz! Two years ago my SIL and I dressed our kids up as Wizard of Oz characters. We had a Tin Man, Scare Crow, Dorothy and a Lion. They were really cute, although they really had no idea who they were, lol, my son the Tin Man thought he was a robot

. I have read the book, but it has been a very long time... I might need to find a copy to brush up!
