Wondering about this chick...

Nearly 9 weeks old and I thought this one chick looked a little different than the others. Comb is slightly taller and seems to "flop" near the top but doesn't seem to be much redder than the other barred rocks. Legs are maybe a bit lighter but I'm not seeing the black on white coloring that males are supposed to have and it seems the same size as its sisters. Do chicks just develop at different rates?

Chick is left in first picture. 4th picture is another chick for comb/wattle/ feet comparison. Next to Dominique in last pic.
