worms?? and how to treat?

I rescued a tom turkey 3 weeks ago and then went on to get him a mate. While cleaning the turkey house this morning, I saw what I think is tape worm (like strands of dried speghetti)? At least two. Got the two worms and the poop to take in for a fecal this morning but my vet doesn't do chickens or turkeys so wondered if anyone here can help. I have Ivermectin pour on which I used on one of my chickens. Many thanks

The vet wouldn't do a fecal as he said he can't identify what kind of parasite in poultry but he guessed it was round worm?? Any help would be appreciated

I have worked for vets on and on all my life and I ain't no young chick, I would be changing vets find a vet who works with farm animals. I have never in my life heard of a vet who could not id a parasite.
Cant help with what to use, I'm new to all this but at least your post will get bumped up.
