Is there a worse time when they attack? We had our last fox attack in about January, after some very cold/hard temps..Didn't surprise me really...Thoughts?

I do not see as many predators when "natural food" is abundant most do not realize the amount of sugars canines eat grapes melons apples persimmons when the natural food runs out (fall & winter) then their attention turns to the easiest way to obtain calories

Late fall and really early spring for me. Tend to have less things come in winter. I think because all the chicken and duck noises are muffled by the constant rain.. And all the dogs dont want to venture out and get wet.
