Wyandottes haven't started laying

My GLWs hatched in early September last year, which is the end of winter here in NZ. It's now the start of winter and my other breed having just finished a moult, im wondering how long it will be before the Wyandottes start laying. Still very small combs and no squatting.

Most hens normaly start laying around 4-6 months. One of mine startes early at a day short of four months.
