Since the chicks are all at the ugly stage (pin feathers here and there) figured I would post some updated pictures of the parent stock. Mid-June we will be doing more selective matings.

We are still seeing some ugly pin feathers, but a few of the updated pics of the grow outs. Still having to wait on the next molt to see how well the lacing will turn out, but some show some promise while others are likely incomplete laced.

Considering there are Wybars in other places in the world, would be nice to see some pictures and have some discussion.

Im in Arizona and will be trying my luck with Wybars when they are old enough, thete only 9 weeks right now. Im going to try silver roo to a rock pullet and a rock roo to siver and gold pullets.

Good luck and enjoy the process. You will learn so much from the project. Hopefully by next spring (possibly this fall) I will be at 100% autosexing with this years grow outs. Keep us updated.
