yellow chicks

I bought some yellow chicks they said they were rhode island red chickens but i look up an internet and alot of rir chicks had a red tint to them so what kind of chicks are solid yellow




new to chickens have 5cats and 6 new kittins 1 dog and wife

Could they be New Hampshires? They start out yellow and then turn red as their feathers come in. Keep us posted! and

I have some yellow ones that are golden buffs ( red star)

I bought some all yellow chicks at TSC and they are supposed to be NH reds. They are so cute!

RIR's are almost red when they are chicks, so I would guess a buff or gold strain

lots of chicks are yellow when they are hatched, in a few days when the feathers start coming out you will be able to tell more. do they have feathers on their legs?? you need to post pictures! You know when anyone gets new babies they have to post pictures so we can all see the babies!!!
