Yes she usually has good poo just a few watery ones probably once a week but this is the first questionable one and she acts fineConsistent or just a one time thing?
How is she acting?
If one time and she's acting fine, then I'd just monitor her poops for a few days.
Somehow I never knew it was Normal AS LONG AS it’s not an every time thing. She still does it every once in a while.Did you ever figure out what the poop was? My 11 week old hen poops like that every so often. Have already treated with Corrid as a precaution, but could it be anything else? View attachment 3493369
Good to know!! Thank you!Somehow I never knew it was Normal AS LONG AS it’s not an every time thing. She still does it every once in a while.
My 7-week-old Salmon Faverolles pullet has this poop all the time. Always orange and runny; often foamy. She and her pullet friends have been sneezing for several weeks and she had the worst rales of all of them; they all seem to be over the worst of it, but poop issue persists. I already tried a round of Corid. Currently doing ACV in water (1 tbs/gal) and supplementing with fermented feed and Probios probiotics. Additionally, I started applying antifungal cream to her vent yesterday. Any ideas? Should I treat with Tylan-50?I'd just wait and see if it continues.
Chicken poop can vary a lot, so if it's a one time thing, no worries.

Edit: added about sneezing
Yes, seemed like it needed a new thread. I’ll try an oral antifungal and see if float test will point to anything specific. If it’s bacterial, I’m wayyy out of my element. Raising chicks is a lot like parenting kids… lots of ways to go about it and hoping for the best!Looks like you have received suggestions on your thread.
