Yep! Some friends found it on the road with an injured wing. A juvenile burrowing owl.

It's a burrowing owl. I think the coolest thing about them is their eyes. So amazing.

Here's a pic. I don't have any good ones right now, so this will have to do. He (or she, don't know gender) was scared of the camera.
