Young Cockerel in Need of New Home - NW Georgia

I have a 9 week old Barred Rock or Black Sex Link Cockerel that needs a new home. He was supposed to be a she and unfortunately my flock is too small to keep a Roo. I’ve had roosters before and he is much quieter and calmer than my previous ones. He is sweet on his girls so far and is always the one in front when they roost. He is respectful of me but will let me pick him up and hold him. He will sit calmly in my lap for awhile once he settles in after holding without having to hold him with my hands. I think he will be a great rooster for someone’s flock. I’m looking to give him a good home. He will come with a bag of food and a carrier.
I am located in northwest GA and am willing to drive to meet up at a neutral location. He really is a great little roo and I hate to have to give him up. I enjoy having roosters around but my flock is just too small to keep one.
