i love the concept, the pictures are great. It was a little confusing trying to match the pictures with the words.

Are the runners done?
Do you have grow out space for hatchlings?
Where do you keep the birds for swap?

this is just about exactly what I am looking to build.:thumbsup

More info please,

What are the dimensions?
How many chickens do you keep in there?
Can you say more about the removable run?
Do you also have supply storage built in?
What is on the front? Is it hardware cloth?

I Love it!

how big are you planning the run?

If you are digging a trench already for electricity I would suggest adding a water source as well.

Sounds like you will have some really spoiled chickies.

I wanted to add A/C to my coop, DH Is still laughing.

Great looking coop good and solid.

Glad you got hubby and kids on board.

How big is the run? Did you use the chicken wire to cover run only?

The drawer under the roost is a fantastic idea. Easy to clean and move.
:clap

I did find it a little confusing to have the materials list for the Bliss coop above pic of Amazon build. But I read it twice. I am kinda slow sometimes:oops:

I really like that you were able to fix your childhood barn and build a new dream.

Great coop I especially like the clean under roost from outside. I wish you said more about how you designed that.

i do seem to notice my favored chickens usually end up at the bottom of the pecking order. I am not sure if I favor the weak or if the other chickens take note that I have given a treat "out of the order".
I do try to respect their status and their environment and I have no problems with human aggression.

This article has given me a bit more insight Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.

this coop could add to any landscape!

More photos to show the tips. I would also like to see the inside I am looking for a nice design without ramps or steps to house a handicapeable hen. I think this might work, do you have more pics to show my husband?

not much info. Nest boxes? What supplies did you use? How and what are you going to add the run?

Thank you for the insight. I had never heard of this before.
looks secure and well constructed. I bet the linoleum will make it easy to clean.
I can see you locking it from the inside to read a book :clap

this looks uncomplicated and I could see using this as either a mating pen or a brooding den. I really like it and the fact that it's moveable is even better.
I love this idea, I might use hardware cloth to make me more comfortable but otherwise Fantastic I think I could even do it myself. And looking at it when the babies a grown enough to move out it could be used to cover a starting garden so the seedlings do not get pulled by chickens.

What a Great Idea!:clap

It is just my opinion but I think if you put that many full grown chickens in such a close space it could cause pecking issues. Kinda like when we moved and had 5 children and 2 adults in a no slide rv.

Construction looks like quality work. The design is pretty and I think it would make a great brooder or sick bay to quarantine if you had to.
