Daily Chicken Routine

Good article outlining chicken care, but it’s important to note that chickens do not throw up. They might regurgitate food/water if their crop is too full or if the crop is manipulated enough, but they don’t throw up.

TY so much for an easy to read well written article. It's perfect for me because I know nothing (at least, not in practice). I have a fairly set routine so maybe my chickens will adapt to it. And me to them, when nec!

Very common sense routine to follow for daily chores. I would add glancing over the flock to note general activity level noting any atypical behavior that may indicate an emerging problem. Sift feces from poop boards (if used) and/or stir the coop bedding. If using scratch you can toss a handful in the bedding and let the chickens stir it up for you.
