Ingredients:
15-21 whole raw shrimp
4 tbsp. butter (any kind will work)
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 small bunching onion leaf
or
2 chive leaves
any other seasonings that you like

How to make:
Preheat a large, flat pan to medium low, or 2.8 for electric stovetops (that's what I have). If you have frozen shrimp, you can put them into a small strainer and run them under warm water. Next, melt the butter in the pan so that it's barely melted. Add the garlic powder and cut the onion leaves into small pieces and add to pan. Stir and add the shrimp. Cook until pink on the sides. Then flip over all of the shrimp and cover. Continue cooking for about 30 sec. to 1 min. DO NOT OVER COOK. Shrimp cooks very fast and shouldn't be left on the stove unattended.

You can eat these as a main dish, chop them and add to spaghetti, and much more! You can also serve the garlic butter in a small tasting bowl as a dip. (my dad uses it as gravy when served with potatoes, so that's another possibility)
