Meri's Miracle Chicken
Note: add however much of each ingredient that you want, and experiment with it to find the perfect blend of flavors for your use. For the herbs, garlic, ginger, and turmeric, fresh can be used as well as freeze dried, frozen, or powdered. Also, if you don't have some of the ingredients, you can omit ones that are less important and it will not affect the flavor too much.

Meri's Miracle Chicken is an excellent recipe for flavorful chicken that can be used in most any recipe that calls for cooked chicken. It can also be eaten as-is. I personally use it for tacos, fried rice, Thai peanut chicken, stir fry, and more.
