Mites aaaaah

Hi I have a massive mite problem tried a spray and powder with me prevail please help preferably a natural / cheap method I have removed all excess wood and bits from coop

Spread Damascus earth everywhere the chickens go pearch coop nesting boxes etc... Thoroughly clean the coop with coop cleaner it comes in a spray bottle at your local farmers market. Put Damascus earth in there dust bathing spot as well. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I like to use diatomaceous earth to dust mine. You can also use sevin dust, but I prefer diatomaceous earth because sevin dust seems pretty hazardous to apply to the chickens.

Try putting more spray and powder it may take a few days / weeks if not done properly.

After 6 yrs. on BYC I heard many more people say DE doesn't work at all, and only a few that said it did. I found it personally to be a total waste of money. Ask your vet what he recommends, and also use on the coop.

I use it, and it worked great when I had mites, I guess it just all depends!
