Seperate miles and females?

I have 4 2 year old turkeys, two bbb hens and two toms.
My hens are on nests for the first time this year that will hatch in the next few days, do I need to seperate the toms from the hens before/once they hatch? These are my first turkeys, I always leave my chickens together and never have a problem but wanted to check if turkeys are different.

Are they all bbb?

Usually from them to mate naturally they need to be a.i.

While my hens are broody I remove the toms.

Yes, all bbb, I candled the eggs and they are fertile.
Are the toms agressive towards the babies?
