It a pro series circulated air incubator model 4200 I can not get the humidity right it start at around 40% if I add a few drop it go up to 60 to 70% how can I keep right please help !

What stage are your eggs at? The right humidity is generally around 30% until day 18 or you can see the internal pip. Then you jack it up to 60% on lockdown.

Don't add any water if it's hanging at 40% "dry". I don't add water until the last couple days unless my air cells are getting too big.
