HELP!!!

My baby AMER is crouching constantly like she has to poop and I think she might be constipated.she is also chirping really loud when trying to do so. when I got them some of them we're still showing signs of pasty butt so I took the proper precaution and gave them some crumbled up corn bread with their food as advised by my uncle. the pasty but has been cleared up but I wonder if it cost one or more to be constipated and what I could do. please help thanks in advance.

Nevermind I'm sorry I panicked and didn't search first. I found lots of good forums though. I have to get used to the fact that I'm not the first one to have these problems. by the way does anyone know how to delete a post.
