I used a plastic egg carton for the chick feed.
This photo just shows the way the frame is set up at the top so it can slide along the top.
Here is their drinking bottle with poultry nipple on the bottom of the bottle. The baby chicks took to the nipple the very first day!! It's great!!! They have clean water all the time this way..they seem to really like it!!

There are two little wood perches which my husband attached so that the chicks can roost on them. They are already using them to sleep on sometimes and they are not even a week old yet!!
You can see the thermometer that is attached to the inside wall of the brooder.
The bin is setting on a wheeled cart which makes in convenient to move around to different locations. Then I can have them in whatever room I'm working in and I get to watch them a lot. Which is fun :)
