Hi i'm trying to introduce a new rooster into my flock of 60 hens I already have 6 roosters the problem is that once hes done fighting with the one rooster another one comes and he gets exausted and cannot sustain all the fighting what is the best whay to handle this?

I have had similar cases where the rooster loses so much self confidence that he just hides all day and then almost dies of starvation

this one looks rooish but its stil to early to tell
