Yellow Green and mucus looking poop

Ok thanks for the clarification. By the way, I let her out of isolation right before dusk. She was happy to get out and scratch around in the yard before roosting with her flock mates. This morning her poop looked better, no mucus. She came running to me and is acting 80% like her cute self. I...

Yellow Green and mucus looking poop

I'm going to call my feed store on Tuesday to see what they have. I think I can get Tylan 50 injectable ( however give it orally) what do you think? If I use Tylan, do you know the dosing?

Yellow Green and mucus looking poop

Can't get any antibiotics without a persciprion. I'll need to wait until Tuesday to call my feed store to see what that might have over the counter. I have an older persciprion bag of Oxytetracyline power this was prescribed to one of my older hens two years ago. It said it expired in October...

Yellow Green and mucus looking poop

So this morning is not looking good. Poop under the roost looks similar to yesterday's. She is not eating or drinking and is isolated from the others. I'm thinking to soak her in Epsom salt bath 15 minutes to see if that helps. I'm online trying to get aqua mox asap. Do you think I should give...

Yellow Green and mucus looking poop

Thank you so much for your reply. I will keep an eye on her and her poop. We are near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Please let me know of a general antibiotic that I could buy and use in case it's needed. I would like to have it before I need it. Also the recommended dosing. She is about 4 lbs.

Hard molt - Walking to the left and squatting while walking

Thank you for your reply! I will continue to watch her to make sure she is not getting picked on. She is such a gentle giant it is difficult to see her like this.

Hard molt - Walking to the left and squatting while walking

I am expecting a 20% protein feed to come later today. I was going to add that to the feed that they’re eating. Is it all right for all of them to eat it? I will try, mixing some poultry cell into some mash. Thank you for the information about how to upload videos to this site. Do you suggest...

Hard molt - Walking to the left and squatting while walking

Please advise me on what to do. I have an 18 month old dark brahma who is going through an extremely hard molt. Although she appears to be eating normally, she will walk with her head down and usually in a circle motion. In addition, she squats a lot while walking. I give them New Country...
