This happens when the temp is to low in the incubator. That will cause the hatch delayed of a couple of days and the curled feet.

Quail take 23 to 25 days max.If the temp was to low the egg will not hatch. If the temp is to high you will get a early deformed bird. 30 days is way to long just trash the egg. also It doesn't hurt to go straight to the incubator with a fresh egg

1 male to 3 hens is a good ratio. I have about 300 hens to 100 roosters and getting about 150 + eggs per day so it does work.

Give them some meal worms and build up their protein. I a week they should start
