4 months is too early to worry about eye color. It can take up to 8-12 months for their adult eye color to be known.- JoshU

I also agree Buckeyes are the MOST docile and non aggressive of any breed I have seen. Please cull any and all aggressive Buckeyes as that is definitely not a breed trait. I don't handle my birds for more than inspection and assessments. They are always very near and curious. I have never...- JoshU

I do not vaccinate for anything. Our farm is a survival of the fittest farm. All sick animals are culled and the strong survive and pass on strong genes. I have very little sickness and my chicks are thriving from day one. It is to each their own and I do what works for me.- JoshU
