Ended up being a rooster! Around 13 weeks his saddle feathers were really obvious and then his sickle feathers started coming in.

Really? I had several people on the faverolle sites on Facebook tell me that it looks like a Roo. Certainly would be fine with me, I can’t have a rooster in our neighborhood.
