I just tasted some freedom rangers and they were really great! I am wondering if they can be bred for generations in the home flock.

I have always had to make soup out of egg eaters.

My flock was affected a couple of weeks i think it was. they still smell a little bit.

yes it was from here last year. pretty amazing. very rare though. they usually die.

I am hoping to keep some at the house this time. I guess the only thing people could object to is the roosters crowing, and I have some time to get rid of them before they start to go at it!

Most likely just was unhealthy and just didnt make it. No fault of yours, he just wasnt meant to live.

I had chickens for a year and a half, then gave them up because I got tired of driving 15 mins to the farm every day to feed them. BUT.... spring fever has bitten me hard and I am expecting 5 babies in the mail tomorrow and I just put 18 eggs in the incubator!!!! So sigh... I am hopeless.
