well for my first hatch i started with 29 eggs shipped from florida jbbs jersey giants, bbs & lav orps. ended up with 21 at lockdown using a hova bator 1602 still air. i have ended up with 17 hatched , 2 died for unknwon reason during piping and 2 still viable and in the bator, but i got 4 black...

13 out and five more have pipped, that leaves 3 left to pip its day 21 now so right on schedule , not bad for my first hatch. 2 rir, 1 black mutt, 3 blue jerseys, 1 splash jersey,2 black jerseys, and 4 jerseys to wet to tell color yet lol the blue and black are hard to tell when there wet

lol it worked, some baby blue giants in the bator and a lavender orp, and a buff orp. ill get some more when i move them they have some really cool markings on the blue chicks.

lol on the top hat. i had one that hatched out and fell right into another eggshell beside him lol ,he was stuck there for a min:gig i have a hova bator too, i wish i had bigger windows but cant complain too much it does a good job of hatchin some babies.

i have 7 in the bator now been since last night at 300 until now more pipin and zipping going on better to let them run around in there and stay warm while they transition to hey i have feet and can walk.lol and i swear they wake the rest of theggs up by movin them around and peepin like crazy...

there all hatchin at once its awesome got 7 in there now and 8 more pippin. i need to find the color chart for jersey giant chics i forget whats what. and its funny cuz i have sbl orps and lavenders in there too and now i have lost the whos who and what what in there cuz there all pretty clost...
