Spent way too much on one of the plastic coops that promised to be easy-clean (lies), now I kick myself every time I have to clean it (weekly since it’s impossible to deep bed in it)…really wish I’d just bought a little shed and put up some perches! 🤦🏻♀️
Be careful, it can be a rabbit hole! Haha we’re still waiting for one (totally unrelated to Flock Together) that we backed in 2020, and it’s starting to show up on store shelves. Backers are not happy…
Our favorites include Terraforming Mars, Quacks of Quedlinburg (not about ducks, sorry!)...
Hi all, it’s so fun to find other board gamers on here! We had a regular in-person group until the pandemic and a wave of babies hit…now we just play 2-player games mostly.
My hubby is an inveterate Kickstarter person, and he just showed me flock together so I came on here to share — I see now...
I went back out to get more pics, and it looks like one of the other Reds is also starting to get some swelling (see the second photo). The first pic looks like a wound to me, but this is my first flock. There was also an egg just lying on the coop floor, not in one of their usual laying spots...
Hi all,
Just noticed this on my smallest Rhode Island Red (smallest of the flock, but I haven't noticed her getting bullied specifically). Do I need to do anything with this or should I let it heal up on its own? She's acting normally as far as I can tell, occasionally shaking her head but...
I kept mine in an insulated but not heated garage with a brooder plate until they were 6 weeks old…they had stopped using the plate after maybe 3-4 weeks though, unless temps dropped to 40s at night!
Thanks! It was too dark to get pics of the poop, I’ll update if possible. They were sneezing after eating, I’d be thrilled if that’s all it is! They’re on crumbles, so it’s everywhere of course… 😂
Hi all, sorry to keep spamming questions, but I can’t find any past posts that are quite what I’m seeing and you’ve all been so helpful. I don’t know how many of these things are related, so I’m just going to list everything.
It’s been rainy so about a week ago, under their rain enclosure in...
Hi all, I’d love your opinions on whether I have a rooster on my hands…the “girls” are 2 months old this week, and this one’s wattle and comb are getting red faster than most of the other Rocks (and much faster than any of the Reds). Do I have a rooster? 😱 thanks!!
