If you are new to raising chicks, I would not feed pulp, to much of it can give your birds stomach issue, maybe just alittle bit every once in a while, just a good quality chick starter if starting out would be best, just have to be careful learning, after a bird gets a few weeks old it should...

I would not at a young age, half grown it would be ok at times but not everyday, you need a quality chick feed , you should check out bresse farms online, there chick feed is very good, they make it at there farm

Bresse farms online has a product they call coccidiosis treatment that works great for that, you need to clean ear out and just use that product for about a week in the water it should clear right up, hope that helps

Never mix chicks togeather that are over 2 weeks old with day old ones, even just two weeks differents in age can cause this with any breed and as they get older some times it is ok but you will have to watch, hope this helps, I line bresse breed because they are great to eat and are great egg...
